FCRA and permissible-use notice
Unless a particular service is expressly identified as a consumer report for a specific FCRA-permitted purpose, CIAdata’s general public-record reports are not consumer reports and must not be used to determine eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law.
